Led by Sarah Clarke, Willow Wellness offers warm, thoughtful and person-centred counselling for people who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck or navigating a difficult season of life.

Sarah has particular expertise in anxiety and also supports clients experiencing grief, emotional dysregulation, stress, relationship difficulties and the ongoing impact of family dynamics. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each person, recognising that every client brings their own story, strengths, relationships and hopes for change.

Sarah draws strongly on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients understand difficult thoughts and emotions, respond to them with greater flexibility and take meaningful steps toward the life they want to live. She also integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Bowen Family Systems Therapy.

Counselling is not about being told what to do. Together, you will explore what is happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and clarify the goals that matter most to you. Sarah will then support you with insight, practical strategies and achievable steps as you move toward greater confidence, emotional wellbeing and lasting change.
